Sewn by the Sea

Beachwood Threads began with a love of sewing and the idea that something old could become something wonderful again.

Handmade in Kennebunkport, Maine, each creation is made from upcycled fabrics and sewn one at a time. From favorite old button-down shirts to forgotten fabrics, I love giving materials a second life as useful, one of a kind pieces.

No two are exactly alike— and that’s part of the charm.
